Welcome to Hawk Hover Farm Eventing Training Stable. Hawk Hover Farm is owned by Eric and Desiree Johnson.
Desiree Johnson was a member of the United States Equestrian Team and represented the USA in the 1978 Three-Day World Championships in Lexington, KY, now known as Rolex.
My philosophy is a customized training regime of horse and rider in the skills of Dressage, Cross-Country riding and Show Jumping for Combined Training at all levels, from green horse and beginner rider on up. My emphasis is on slow, correct training with concentration of the basics of classical riding to develop a firm foundation on which to build a high level of skill for upper levels of competition, or simply for enhanced enjoyment of the sport of riding, and I also stress safety for both rider and horse.
